Sourdough Focaccia Art (available only on Thur, Fri & Sat)
After going through countless bottles of extra virgin olive oil, cherry tomatoes, sourdough starter and focaccias for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we finally got what we wanted.
It's soft, chewy, herby and not to mention, good for the gut!
Using only sourdough starter, it needs to ferment and proof overnight, giving it the extra flavor and easy for digestion.
Lastly, it's topped with good quality extra virgin olive oil and Maldon Sea Salt flakes for the extra flavor and authentic taste of a focaccia bread.
If you haven't noticed it is decorated with cherry tomatoes, black and green olives, rosemary leaves to follow a nice garden theme.
It is freshly made upon order, please allow us 2 days advance notice to prepare your focaccia.
