Vanilla Pods by Kim delivers to Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and most areas within the Klang Valley. If your area is not listed upon check out, please check with us prior to confirming your order.

START ORDERING

• Please place your order online, 3-7 days in advance
• The exact lead time for each item is shown on its product page
• Choose your delivery date and timeframe at checkout, or pick up from our store location at preferred timeframe

HOW YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED

We use third party delivery services such as Grab, Lalamove and GoGet. Vanilla Pods by Kim is not liable for any damages after your order leaves our premise. We will, however, provide our assistance to the delivery drivers and ensure that your orders are placed securely in their cars.

Please ensure someone is available to accept your order within the chosen delivery timeframe.

If no one is available to receive your order, the product will be returned to us and we will rearrange for another delivery, with additional fees imposed and is subject to the availability of the driver. As most products are perishable, we cannot guarantee their quality thereafter.

For deliveries to multi-level building units (such as condominiums and offices) you are required to collect your order from the driver at the lobby or the main entrance.
