If you've been to La Viña in San Sebastián, you'll know this is something you can never get enough of.
We've had this recipe for sometime but never had the opportunity to put it on our menu for many reasons - we were shorthanded, preoccupied with our novelty cakes and didn't really have the space to roll it out properly... until now!
Inspired by the original Basque Burnt Cheesecake and wanting to take it a notch higher, ours is paired with our very own raspberry compôte. Our first order went out last week following a special request and we're thrilled it was a hit.
So if you love cheese and cake, and prefer them kurang manis with a tangy twist from raspberries, give ours a try.
